How to use:

• Insert batteries into the scale's battery compartment.
• To switch between kilograms, pounds, and standard tons, simply press the unit key located on the rear of the scale.
• Do not remove the scale from the flat surface.
• When your foot touches the glass surface, the scale will activate.
• Remain still for a few seconds, and the LCD screen will display your weight.

Notes:

• This is not for lightweight items, the activation threshold is set at 3 kg. We recommend that clients use kitchen scales for weighing items under 7 pounds.
• Before breakfast, in the morning, people tend to feel the most buoyant. The body's weight increases in response to eating, and then it starts to decrease again by the afternoon. Weight loss can be achieved with exercise alone.
• Remember that it's normal for your weight to rise and fall by 4-6 pounds per day.
• The information is displayed on the LCD screen as Batteries are low; if you see "LO," that signifies you need to replace them.
• On the LCD screen, "OL" represents an overload condition.
