Application:

• It would help if you filled only two-thirds of the bottle with warm water. Do not use boiling water.
• Let out any extra air before you put the stopper on the bag.
• Insert the cap into the bottle. Make sure it's properly attached. Do not over-tighten.
• Turn the water bottle upside down and press down hard to see if it leaks.
• If the bag is warm, don't put it right against your skin. Cover the bag with a soft cloth or towel to keep it from getting burned.
• Cold Applications:
• Put cold water and crushed ice into the bottle.
• Let out any extra air before you put the stopper on the bag.
• Insert the cap into the bottle. Make sure it's properly attached. Do not over-tighten.
• Turn the water bottle upside down and press down hard to see if it leaks.
